ORDERING INFORMATION

If you are interested in ordering an instrument, all that is required at this point is a letter of intent that states your desire to order a certain instrument. This letter should include the date, your name, address, and telephone number, and your email address if applicable. The letter can be sent email or regular mail, or just click the button to the right for a generic letter of intent in which you can quickly fill in the blanks.

The letter of intent is non-binding, and you may cancel at any time before production of your instrument has begun. The letter simply reserves a place for you in the production schedule.

Two months before we start your instrument, we will get in touch with you. At that time, we will require a $400 deposit to start work. The balance of payment is due when the instrument is ready to ship.

Before we start on your instrument, we ask that you complete our checklist. This checklist includes pictures and illustrations that will help you make decisions about the various options available for customizing your instrument. If you don't see a checklist for the instrument you would like to order, please let us know. We are currently working on checklists for our other instruments, but this won't prevent us from taking your order.
